PROBLEM! Can't access my store when in Canada... but works in USA?

Hey all... I have a very... unique problem and was wondering if anyone could shed light on the situation.

We have created a guest checkout custom module, and it works great, except for SOME reason, unknown to us, US and India customers can place orders just fine, but we are having problems in our office because the site redirects us all back to the login page instead of bringing us to the checkout success page.

This is a very odd problem, and even if we put the US as our country it still doesn't work. When I do remote support though from someone in india and they go through the process on my computer it works FINE.

I was thinking maybe this is something to do with canadian ISP's? Is there a difference? I don't understand exactly what this problem is or what to call it, but we need to fix it.

Does the normal checkout work without problems?
