Default SSL proxy doesn't allow server-side variables to detect HTTPS

Hi, this is my first post here...

I´m moving my website to another hosting company.
Everything is doing fine, but today I received an email reading that:

I am sorry to hear of the difficulty you are having with your site in your nsHosting package and your nsProtect SSL Certificate. You are using a ZEN shopping cart which is not compatible with our SSL Proxy Server configuration. Our SSL proxy doesn't allow server-side variables to detect HTTPS (secure). All server-side coding will always detect HTTP (non-secure), and for programs that attempt to redirect non-secure connections (http://) to a secure connection (https://) will result in an infinite loop and server error after 30 seconds. Please contact the provider of your shopping cart for a workaround to resolve this issue.

I don´t understand what that really means?
Can I solve the problem or should I start looking for others shopping cart providers?

    Thanks in advance...

You have 2 choices, new host or another cart.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

    Thanks Kim!

But I just paid my hosting package + SSL for one year so... Any suggestions with the shopping cart?

No idea - maybe ask your host what *will* run on their funky package.
