Help SSL Killed my site or maybe i did

Ok this all started out by trying to add an ssl cert to my site bc i need it for better business bureau approval got the ssl, changed it in the configure.php the site crashed completely. It said no input file found, so i reinstalled a new zc with a new database after the install i changed the database to the old one and recopied all files except the old configure files now the site works but admin section is blank after login and https: is all screwed up

I am on V1.3.7
I have added on custom fields to the products which you can see from the product pages
I also had image handler 2.0 installed
