Hey all, Im wondering if this subject has been touched upon before...

I'm looking for a way to show all a customers previous orders in the "orders" section of admin... this will make our day alot easier and our customer service dept. will be much more efficient.

We also want to be able to add comments to any order that customer has placed, and if they have place a new one we want all those comments from past orders to automatically show...

any ideas?
