I've been trying to search for what I need, but I guess I'm just not typing in the right search query.

I have an issue I could use a solution to:

I drop ship products. I have multiple drop shippers across the US. Let's just say for ease of understanding, I have one in LA and one in NYC.

My shop address is in Michigan.

I am using the UPS module because all of my drop shippers ship via UPS, so it only makes sense. Unfortunately, the prices being shown are from MY zip code (in Michigan).

So, here is my dilemma:

Item A is being shipped from California - I need the UPS module to recognize that this item is from California (Say 90210 zip code) and show the correct shipping to xxxxx zip code.

Item B is being shipped from New York City - I need the UPS module to recognize that this item is from NY (Again, for example, 13326).

If I can't do this somehow, I've got no clue how I am going to set up my shipping, because it's all based on weight (from 1 to 70+ pounds).

If anyone has run into this before and knows of a way to fix it, I would very much appreciate some advice.
