I must comment on what a great support forum this is!
I have searched on Google and thru this site for any possible solutions for my problem but have not found one. I did see some topics regarding to disable the payment module. I followed those stpe with little result.
Here is my following info and situation:
Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8
I added a custom template cherry_zen.
My situation is: I don't wnat my customers providing me their credit information or any other form of payment. I want to call them and speak with them regarding payment purposes.
Admin>Modules>Payment
Deleted or "uninstalled" all of the payment modules. Then in the checkout_payment, I changed the discription saying "We will Contact you in Regards to Payments." Instead of the defult phrase.
I made a test purchase and clicked contiune checkout and it told me that I need to select a method of payment. However, I uninstalled all of them so there is nothing to select.
What should I do in this case?
