Help needed with "Welcome" - can't make it go away!

Hi All,
I have a problem with the Welcome Greeting on the front page of my web site. It was showing three times - I went into the configuration/layout settings and turned off the Customer Greeting, so now it's only showing twice and I can't for the life of me figure out where it is at to shut it off and make it go away!!! It's driving me crazy!!

The url is: http://www.annieandco.com/gallery2/store/

In the first line it says Welcome to our Shopping Cart! and in the second line it says Welcome to our new shopping cart!.

I've tried to alter the includes\language\english\index.php file thinking I could change it to 'blank' but for some reason, Dreamweaver won't let me upload the file, says there is an error in the file. While I don't understand because I haven't touched it since I've set this cart up!

Would appreciate any help at all you can give me!!!

Using Dreamweaver as an editor is bad enough but using it as your FTP to upload is worse...
Get a good PLAIN text code editor and a Seperate FTP client and cease using an WYSIWYG design tool that is for html creation for a php application

Use the developers tool kit and search for Welcome to our Shopping Cart!

You will find files that contain that text

I actually want my greetings to be shown, but I'd like to move them up a bit. I can't seem to figure out to do this and I've been looking for DAYS. Any idea if this can be done and how?

Here's the test site, and you can see that one of the greetings is laying on top of the other, so I obviously need to move that up.

I'm not sure how that image is ending up in your <h1> tag, but I think that might be part of the problem. Someone else might be able to give you a clearer answer.

I noticed you're modifying the files in the /classic folders. You'll save yourself lots of time and heartache if you stop doing that and create your own custom template instead.

Yeah, I'm not sure how it's ending up there either.... I followed the instructions and placed it here:

About the /classic folder... my bad, but at this point, I'm waaaay to far along to go back now. Thanks for letting my know though. I'll be sure to NOT do that next time. :)

If any one has any ideas about my main page and those dang greetings, I really would appreciate it. There has to be a way to work with the placement of those messages, I just haven't been able to find it as of yet.
