Adding or changing to a new a template

when u say unzip, do you mean actually open each folder till i get to the " includes" folder then upload it to my FTP Client?

Or you can upload template zip package to the root Zen Cart folder with FTP client and unpack/extract it via your Cpanel of your hosting provider. And then select the new template in Admin -> Tools -> Template Selection.

Unzip the template file you downloaded, and using your FTP program, drag and drop the 'includes' folder inside the template package to the root (top directory) of your cart.

Then select the new template in Admin - Tools - Template Selection. (If it isn't there, you dragged the folder to the wrong place.) Then click on 'Reset' in Admin - Tools - Layout Boxes Controller.

Hmmm...I just installed a new template, TruBlu, and after adjusting text in page-editor everything works fine. However, the customer does not get any options when they checkout regarding if they want to pick up at store or if it should be posted. All moduls works fine, and all the settings is just as before (doublechecked) but still it will not produce the options when checking out. Suggestions, anyone?

Very powerful forum this is! I only have to post my question, then the problem fixes itself! My problem was not a problem, it just took some patience from my side. After about 5 minutes after I posted my problem, the webshop works fine with everything! Maybe the database had to think for a while?
Anyway, it´s good to be a member on this forum, there is an enormous databank with knowledge right here! It feels good to have you around med.
