CSS - Font Color in Lower Footer Bar

I'm starting a new site with the ZC_Siler_wide template, but I'm changing the bar colours to black. I have been using Firebug for the last hour trying to determine what's controlling the font color in the bar at the bottom (with "Home" in the middle):

Can anyone see what controls the font color in this area please?
