WTH have I done!?

1st zen cart post- hi evryone!

trying to make a custom page with zen cart and learning lots
however in my trying to learn and mess with things I have changed some titles under the information column.
Thinking surley it must be under my english.php - but everything there is intact. I checked both the english.php in my custom and the default.

Check that you have not eliminated the single quotes in the definitions for those constants

Make sure that you are actually uploading this edited file

Maybe delete the one on the server first so you know that it is gone
Then FTP your edited version to the server

Hi kobra I have check and rechecked this.
If i change the name of define('BOX_INFORMATION_CONDITIONS', 'LINKS'); to for example
define('BOX_INFORMATION_CONDITIONS', 'LINKAGE');
then the link updates as it should
but if I update the define('BOX_INFORMATION_CONTACT', 'CONTACT US'); to anything else the mess that is currently my information column stays the same.
I have changed contact us somewhere else
and added that stupid dave link and I can't remember where.

Remember ... the Developers Tool Kit is your friend ...

When you cannot remember where the text or code or something is located, go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box enter some of what you are searching for, select Catalog or Admin or both and click Search ...

exactly how i found it, that thing is awesome it has sped up my work rate 100%...cheers
