Tagline is sitting under the header - why?

Hi, I'm setting up 2 Zencart online shops

In one
www.mystic-world.co.uk/zencart

the tagline "Welcome to Mystic-World!" in grey sits nicely within the header

In the other
www.likenoothersilver.com

the tagline "Welcome to Like No Other!" has falled down below the header

But I don't know why

I've compared the stylesheet.css, the header.php, the index.php files and I can't see any difference between these for the 2 sites that would make it do this.

Its v 1.3.8 I believe, and I think the problem was somehow there from the start
