I'm setting up 2 online shops, one of which is hosted by Godaddy and one of which is hosted by Your Name Here

I installed Easy Populate on the Godaddy installation and it all works fine

But using the Your Name Here installation, it all gets lost when looking for the Temp folder to write to. It seems to mention instead a TMP folder, which is one level higher but whilst the upload function SAYS it is uploading the tab-delimited file, looking in the directory using FTP you can't see it in either the Temp folder (where it ought to be) or the TMP folder (which it seems to be saying it is going into)

Because it won't arrive, the additions never seem to get the chance to be added to the database.

I've spoken to Your Name Here as to whether this is something to do with security settings on the database (which prevented the add-on mysql backup from working) but they say it isn't.

I'm just completely flummoxed by this! Any and all help would be much appreciated
