inserting email address into my main page

I wanted to ask how to insert an email address into the main page of my store.

I did a search and came up with nothing

But then Im a techno caveman.

I thank anyone who can help me beforehand.

Short answer - don't. Email addresses displayed in the clear on web pages are spammer magnets. Better to use the Contact Us page.
