Easy Populate Problems

Yes I tried EP, and I don't really have the time right now to rearrange a huge database, haha. I signed up for a website called Inventorysource.com as a dropship supplier. So far so good. They give you an easy populate data export option that works somewhat OK, haha. I couldn't get all the products on my site, even after I split the files, So I signed up for their Automated service, and I'll be damned if they didn't have 50,000 products onto my site with in a couple hours!
I logged onto my server and noticed they placed a couple PHP files on my server called:

xmlPopulate_zencart.php, and xmlPopulate_zencart_db.php

I'm not sure how they run this, but would like to know how they did it.

I have also signed up for inventorysource.com and hope it will be worth the money, it sure sounds faster than me trying to do it all. I was just wondering if you still think that using them is worth it, or is there an easier way to do it yourself?

I can either pay them 50.00 a month for them to do it all, or 25.00 a month to get the images and .csv files but not sure if I would still have to enter product descriptions for each product?

any feedback will be appreciated.
