I just installed Zen Cart on my Godaddy account -using their setup to do it - and it seems to be intact. What I am wondering is what's the best way to merge my local store with the default setting on the server - without losing the path & password set by Godaddy? Or can I simply copy JUST the folders for my store - the ones with the overwrite files?

Preserve the 2 configure.php files for the working install
