some products are listed alphabetically and others are not

Im wondering how some of my products in my Chinese herbs category are listing alphabetically and some are not.

Anyone have a clue?

Could you peek in phpMyAdmin at your database table for products_description

and edit the products_id 335 for:
Zhang Nao: External Use Only!!

and look to see if you have space(s) or special characters at the beginning of the products_name field ...

I use <b> </b> at the beginning and end of the titles to bold them.

Is that causing some issues.

I went and looked at the database. No special characters other than the <b></b> that is used on pretty much every title.

The Alphabet sorts as:
ABC ...

<b>A</b><b>B<b/><b>C</b>

So you are separating things based on sorting alphabetically in two groups ... the Bold and the Not Bold ...
