You will have to seperate out the one where the background image is defined and use some other image for it other than
includes/templates/classic/images/sidebox_bg.jpg

Do you know what I can do about the other two issues that I'm having? Changing the contents of "your cart" side box area?

I solved the centerboxheading but i can't seem to solve the issus surrouding the sidebox shopping cart.

I realized that the little link at the top of "Your Cart" on my site is Shopping Cart [more] how do I move that so that it's visible but within the restraints of the Your Cart box?

The title only shows up in Chrome and my site is relaly messed up in IE. It looks fine in Firefox.
