Layout Boxes Controller Not Responding

For some reason the majority of my sideboxes have decided to change sides. This happened after I clicked the rest button on the Layout Controller Page, after having installed a new module.
I reset the settings, and even though lets say The Information Box is suppose to be on the right side it remains on the left even though the Layout controller Page says left/right status on, same as more information box etc.

What am I doing wrong. It just doesn't seem to respond to whats listed.

Is there a way that I can revert the file to what it was say last night through my file restore on my sql, if so what is the file name and location.

Hey kim,
Don't know exactly what I did but I got evrything lined up in the right place. I just kept changing locations in the Layout Boxes Controller and VOILA all is good. Took me over 3-1/2 hours to figure this one out. I,m quit sure there is a faster way than mine.
