Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8 templates

Hi

I hope someone can help! I uploaded Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8 automatically through my hosting co. using fantastica.

After several attempt to upload templates through my server's ftp I tried filezilla but still no luck.

I unzip the template packet on my harddrive, then copy it via ftp onto my server in include/template. I can see the files on my server, but it doesn't show in template selection in Zen Cart.

What could be wrong?

Exactly where are you uploading the template package to? Most templates have their files organized in the correct structure under an /includes/ folder already, and you need to copy that /includes/ folder to the root of your site (/public_html/, /www/, /htdocs/, etc., or like /public_html/zencart/ if it is installed in a subfolder).
What is the filepath to your template's template_info.php file, starting from /public_html/?
