Help with some tough? customization.

On my site: xpoke.com I would like a couple of customizations:

1) I would like images on these pages with the products:
- http://www.xpoke.com/index.php?main_...Path=9_150_151

to pop out like when someone clicks these product images:
- http://pokemon.gamingetc.com/catalog...ned/792?filter[letter]=U

2) On this page (and other product pages)
- http://www.xpoke.com/index.php?main_...Path=9_150_151

I'd like to add these 2 links (which I can customize where the link locates to for each product):
Link 1: xpoke.com/images/ebaylink2.jpg
Link 2: xpoke.com/images/amazonlink2.jpg

(if customizing link for each product is too hard, just a way to add these links would be really helpful)

If there is someone that can help that would be great, if you think it is too hard and I should hire someone just let me know how hard you think it would be.
