Error When Creating/Exporting a Product Feed with Google Base Feeder

I have looked at the FAQ section and have also explored several threads on this forum. I did not find an answer to my question.

Our website has version PHP Version: 4.4.9 (Zend: 1.3.0).

We are using GoDaddy as a host.

While trying to create a product feed in the Google Base Feeder section of our admin site, I get an error page. Consequently, I can't export a product feed.

I am new to my company and new to Zen-Cart and my company's web site, so I have no idea where the error is coming from.

Do I need to have an FTP client? Is there another way to export a data feed?

Please offer any help that you can. I really need it.
