SSL loading problem (newbie)

I have had my SSL certificate installed today but I can not get it working properly on the site.
I should add that the hosting company installed it.
EDITED to add: (not a shared certificate)

In "Firefox" I have a warning:
Contains unauthenticated contents

In Internet Explorer I have:
"This page contains both secure and nonsecure item.....

I have configured the files for Zen Cart... changed the permissions etc. (well I hope this is correct).
Are the file permissions supposed to be on 444 or 777 (totally confused)......

I have the SSL working but I can't seem to get the certificate details to show properly.

Well, first off, I don't see why they gave you that Site Seal to install (unless it is to advertise themselves) because the SSL Certificate you have appears to be a Comodo SSL Certificate.

The instructions for installing a Comodo SSL Certificate are provided here:

Your main problem however is your website design. PINK with polka dots, and I mean REALLY PINK. If your target market is 7 year old girls then you may get away with the design, but otherwise it's going to send people running for the hills.

Our hosting is Crazy Domains and we are provided with the following Seals to use:

The above image i supplied was ONLY a sample taken from the second link I just provided here. I was trying to show what I was trying to achieve (to display OUR own certificate).

Your hosting may be with Crazy Domains, but the Certificate says it is issued by UTN-USERFirst-Hardware, which is Comodo SSL.

The Comodo link I supplied tells you how to insert their site seal.

I'm sorry if I'm missing the point you are making, but that's the best advice I can give in the circumstances.
