FedEx module doesn't show discount for my account

ZenCart version 1.3.8a

I have a FedEx module installed on my website, www.upfrontjewelry.com. My FedEx account is correctly entered (verified) and the module is working in all respects, except one. It gives quotes that do not take into account the discounts I get on shipping.

For example, average cost to ship a 1 pound package from Bahrain to the US is 75 dollars. The shipping module quotes 107 dollars, which is what it would be without a discount.

Is there a way to fix this?

I'll also throw out there that although I'm an engineer and jewelry designer, I'm not a programmer, so you'll have to go a little slow in any explanation.

It is displaying the Published rates.

Fedex doesnt allow you to display your discounted rates
