Hi....
I kinda have the same question as mentioned with the earlier post with the person using godaddy. My issue is that we were not with godaddy and when a customer buys an item on our store and uses the CC option, Check or Money Order...everything works as it should.
When the customer uses paypal, I get all their contact info, but it is not showing what they bought or the amount. Yet over in our business paypal account it show the payment and when you click details over there...just says they bought item # (but there is no number or description).
I followed the steps correctly and as a matter of fact, the first two that did pay using paypal worked great two weeks ago and now this.
Any thoughts or ideas appreciated.
