All I do is right click on the file and I can set the attributes in both NTFS, and FAT32..... of coarse, no user permission in FAT, just NTFS. I don't use a program ether.... and my testing server is happy....

Always forward thinking... Lost my mind!
Fortunately, I won't have to worry about that any more... just have to reinstall all my web development utilities on the "new" machine (only 5 years old). No more 10 gig hard drive! :)
