loads properly only in IE8 and every other browser...

In IE7 every picture which is also a link has a nice BLU border all around, including the logo, categories' pics, etc etc. NOT really what I had in mind.

In IE6 the website just refuse to load, anything at all, I believe it could be something with the DOCTYPE declaration or with the CSS, which I believe I kept pretty simple and standard. But I am close to finish and I am just done digging, if anyone as some suggestion, I would be grateful.
