Contact Us page showing PHP code

The contact page is showing the php code for the required symbol on all three entries.

This is a new install of 1.3.8a with all security patches and hacking stuff completed.

present modules are
USPS (current as of 1/4/10)
Image handler 2 ver 2.0 rev 7
payjunction payment module

Theme is glacial Age

I read the article and checked the files but I have been unable to resolve this problem

Looks like you have solved the problem because the CAPITAL LETTER text no longer appears.

Yes Canopy I followed Clydes instructions in another thread and got rid of it.
