    Default confirmation e-mail not being received by clients

    I am having a problem with getting the order confirmation e-mail to the client.

    I do receive the copy of the e-mail that should have been sent to customer but it turns up in my e-mail box with these following error message. I have tried php and smtp. maybe I am doing something wrong? IF there is a step by step set up that a newbie can follow please let me know.

    Diagnostic-Code: SMTP; 553 sorry, your mail was administratively denied. (#5.7.1)

    Any help would be appreciated.

    You should contact your hosting company for specific assistance to determine what "administrative" rule is causing the denial.
