Not calling in stylesheet

version 1.3.8 not many addons new banner and colors

What is going on with this site it is all broken up in Firefox 3.6 not in other browsers

It is calling in the stylesheet, but for some reason you are trying to style the html tag which seems to invalidate the entire stylesheet for Firefox. I can't think of a good reason to style this tag and if you remove that styling, your stylesheet will work fine.
