Having major problems

I'm trying to hook up paypal, and I enter the Info needed, PDT key, and all that. But zencart won't save any of the changes. I can't delete any categories either. If fact my zen cart admin area won't save any changes I try to make. What's going On

As all you are asking is from the admin side the best that can be theorized is that your admin side files are incomplete or corrupt
If you install from a distribution - - reload the admin folder using a FTP Client that reports any errors

When admin changes can't be saved, it also can be the result of copying the admin security patch files to the cart folders rather than the admin folders.
