i am gettin an error, plz help

* /admin/includes/configure.php does not exist more info...
* /includes/configure.php file does not exist more info...

and it wont let me go pass that, i just downloaded zen and it came like that.

anyone has this file, or advise

If you review the /doc directory and install information ... it will tell you that you need to rename the dist-configure.php files to configure.php
/includes/dist-configure.php
/admin/includes/dist-configure.php

/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

and you will need to change the permissions on several directories such as:
/cache

to be 777 ...

Read through the instructions and it will help you in the installation ...
