Copyright updater error

I keep getting the following SQL error message when trying to update the sql text for copyright_updater file.

1062 Duplicate entry 'STORE_COPYRIGHT_YEAR' for key 2
in:
[INSERT INTO configuration ( configuration_id , configuration_title , configuration_key , configuration_value , configuration_description , configuration_group_id , sort_order , last_modified , date_added , use_function , set_function ) VALUES ( '', '2010', 'STORE_COPYRIGHT_YEAR', '2003', '2009', '1', '140', NULL , '', NULL , NULL);]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I'm obviously not writing the right years somewhere, I've tried multiple changes, nothing seems to work.
Any ideas.

In phpMyAdmin, look to see if you already have in the configuration table the configuration_key for:
STORE_COPYRIGHT_YEAR

If so, then this has already been installed and you cannot install it twice as it is a duplicate ...

Is copyright updater a 3rd party addon module?
Best to seek the support thread for it as your issue is specific to it and not a general issue

Downloaded Module from Free Software Add Ons is called Copyright updater Ver 1.3. says it supports Zen-Cart 1.2+.

As for Ajeh's suggestion. You are right Year shows as 2009, So why doesn't copyright info show up at bottom of pages?.

I've removed the copyright module and returned all altered files to their original text/code etc.

I used to have the footer file re-copyright disclaimer showing as per the banner-wide that is installed and activated in the Banner Manager and Layout boxes controller.

I haven't altered any of these items yet the footer details doesn't appear. This was the reason for trying the copyright module in the first place.

Any ides as to where I should look or what to alter to get this working.
