it seems to work perfectly thanks for your advice. I have a couple of more question if I may,
I have worked out how to move the box around, re-size it etc. I have not seen yet how I can change the Box Text to my needs" ie Middle Box 1 also how I can remove the Frame? and is this he correct command to align in the middle for CSS

width:95%;
