Left Box Container won't show border

I had a vertical line running the length of both the right side and left side boxes. stylsheet has Border:1px solid #536ea6 on both the left and right box containers. For some reason the left side doesn't appear. you can see at http://30408.vws.magma.ca/TTEZENCART
that the vertical line is there on the right side but not on the left side.

Any help would be much appreciated as to how to get that vertical line showing upon the left side.

In stylesheet I changed the left box size by 1px and there it was, the vertical line I had been looking for.
