I had a hard time finding the module and when I did, I installed it correctly from what I can tell, but when I try to place an order and pay for it, I get this:
Does anybody know why I would be getting this and how I can fix it? Is it with the module, or on the servers end? Thank you!YOUR TRANSACTION COULD NOT BE PROCESSED AND HAS BEEN CANCELED.

Please do not start new threads with the same post as in an existing thread. Thanks.
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.
Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
Oh, sorry. Noted. But did you have any suggestions though? Haha. Sorry and thanks again.
I have listed this problem in the other thread with no response. So I know I am not supossed to start another thread, but no one is answering the other one. Forgive me.

Please forgive my bluntness -- I don't mean to sound rude ... but ... when I read that kind of error message, I immediately think about "okay, which 'account' could it possibly be talking about?". Then, I think about it in detail, and it logically can't be talking about the customer. And it can't be a customer's credit card, because a card wouldn't be "temporarily offline"; it would be "declined". So, since the message is happening in relation to the particular payment module, that means it *must* be the account you're using for sending transactions to the gateway. Thus, it's your iTransact Account number/name/whatever that's the problem.
During the many days you say you've been "not getting a response", have you considered this thought process? Have you contacted iTransact to get *their* specific help with the error message *they* are sending to you?
If not, I recommend that you try that.
It's quite possible that the module might be out of date and no longer compatible with their servers (it was written 6 years ago). If that's the case, you'll have to work with them to update it, or hire someone to do that for you if that's not a skill you possess.

I am installing this module for a friend and this is not my account. I have been working with the owner of the site and she has contacted both ITransact and her hosting company. They have both said it was not on their end. I read in another thread about this module that others have had the same problem, so I just took a shot in the dark and posted the questions here. I did not realize that it would be an erroneous question, so I apologize. I thought we had asked all the other questions before I posted it here and when I posted the question, I just got a response requesting me not to post in 2 places but no answer to the original question. So I waited a couple days. I know not long, but normally these forums are pretty quick on the responses. When I did not get one, I posted it again. So, again, I apologize.
I guess I will have the owner of the site contact both the hosting company and ITransact for further answers if there is nothing possibly wrong with the module. Thank you for taking the time to respond, I do sincerely appreciate it.

I'm not convinced that the module itself is not to blame. As I said, it's very old.
If iTransact is telling you it's not them, then I suppose you could look up the error text in the module files and see what sort of error condition is triggering that message to be displayed. Then sort out with itransact why that error condition would be triggered. Basically troubleshoot by reverse-engineering the logic to find out what it's doing or not doing. The itransact documentation should in theory be of some help.
While I can't say with certainty, I'd be surprised if it were a hosting issue unless it's just that the host is blocking the communications to the itransact gateway due to firewall settings.

Those are some good suggestions. I will let the owner of the site know and we will go from there. Thanks again for your help! Hopefully I won't be bugging you again!![]()
