How to Insert & Wrap Image with Welcome Text?

Where do I go to add an image and have my Welcome text on my index page wrap around that image?

Okay, I have the wrapping down and it looks the way I want it to look I just can not find the file which controls the text color of the Welcome to my site .. ..

Something like this added to your stylesheet:

.greeting {color:#ff0000}

Almost all text and background colors are controlled in the stylesheet.
