I'm setting up a site where customers need to upload photos to be printed. I know how to set the max file upload size, but can I set the minimum file upload size as well? Files that are too small will not print well and I would like the user to receive an error message asking him/her to submit a larger file.

Also, is there any way I can customize it so that the resolution of the file is automatically checked and the user gets a message indicating the maximum size they can print the file they uploaded?
For example, if the file uploaded is 450x630, the customer would get a message saying the max print size allowed is 5x7.
