Admin Payment Modules Issue Language Related

Hi All
Tonight I've found a strange issue (I don't know if it's always have be been there, but one of my customers encountered a problem during the payment via wire transfer, and checking what was wrong I've found this one)
I'm running 1.3.8a on blue host with 5 language packages, Reward points Quick cache and Seo Url add ons.
The issue is in the admin area; when I access to the payment module from the main admin page it displays correctly, while if I switch language from there it returns an empty page (with the admin menu correctly displayed, but the page below displaying HEADING_TITLE and install button; like some define is missing ) trying to move to another module (eg the shipping one) and going back to the payment module it displays correctly I don't know where to look at the issue

Sounds like you're missing language files in your other languages.

is there a way to find out wich one are missing? Because looking at the files via ftp seems to be all there (without a 0 value) but may be one somewhere that I even don't know it's there

Well, first of all, if you've got any language folders that don't have all the same filenames in them as your english folders do, then you'll need to fix that. That includes payment modules.
