i am new. i dunno how do i complete the database setup and anyone can teach ? i am trying to edit my configure.php at my includes and admin/includes file

but it still fail to connect database it usually show Connection to Database failed
Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

can anyone help me settle this problem ??? please!!!!

Answer these first.

Are you hosting on a WINDOWS server, as this thread's location suggests?

Have you followed the DOCUMENTED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS in the docs folder of the Zencart software?

Have you created a database (and applied a username. password and full dbase privileges to it), on the server?
