Hi I am getting ready to possibly change over to zencart however I am messing around with it trying to figure out how to to limited text fiel characters. I do custom engraving and each product has different amount of lines and characters per line allowed.
How do you do this with zencart?
HELP Please

Very easy...
When you set up your attributes, you can create a text input field, then limit the entry value (number of characters).
Also very nice for someone in the engraving industry, is that you can configure such attributes to PRICE BY LETTER or PRICE BY WORD... so you can have zencart calculate and apply the appropriate price for a customer's engraved text requirement.20 years a Zencart User
