Secure Trading Call Back

We are using the Secure Trading payment module. Payments go through via ST perfectly normally, but when ST try to call back to index.php?main_page=checkout_process it times out, meaning order information cannot be processed.

I have absolutely no idea what could be causing this issue!

I am fairly new to ZenCart so any help or ideas from the community would be greatly appreciated!

Post up your callback.txt file. I had lots of issues with ST callback and figured them all out so Im pretty good at this now, I hope.

It could be a configuration issue or a issue with your callback.txt file.
