For the last week or so, One of my clients has been getting complaints that the option for USPS isn't available on the site.

I have not been able to duplicate this but evidently what happens is the USPS option doesn't load (on the 1st checkout page) - but when the page gets refreshed, it loads...

I need some help with this one... stumped, I am...
