Which file to reupload for "I am able to write to..." error

Okay so I am getting the security risk warning "I am able to write to configure.php". I went through this troublesome task last time I had this error and fixed it. I think it comes up whenever I use dreamweaver. I know the chmod stuff, and it has never worked even with calling my host. Anyways, it has been some time since and I forgot how to fix the problem besides chmod, which has never worked for me with this error. After hours of searching before I found someone who said you can reupload a certain file or files, which will fix this problem. It was the only thing that worked for me. Does anyone know which file/files it is? Is it just the configure.php file? Please any help would be greatly appreciated. This error is so frustrating, it's killing me. It seems nothing I try works.

Ah, I tried cPanel (it didn't work), tried cuteftp (it didn't work), tried filezilla and chmod 444 worked for me.

Try using cPanel to set it to 444 ...

You generally cannot set a file to 444 via FTP so using cPanel is the way to do that ...

/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php
