Unique Product Names vs Numerical String

How do I modify my product listings to show the names vs the numerical thread?

Product Numerical Thread vs unique or specific name:
My store - Gelatin stamp in the clearance section
http://www.cropaddict.com/shop/index...oducts_id=2789

I would like to modify it so that it reads:
http://www.cropaddict.com/shop/clear...tamp-block-set

How would I do that? Do I need to modify or write code?

I'm using 1.3.7
