Local UPS shipping

How can i set up UPS shipping to US based on price? If i use United Parcel Service shipping mod in adm. the shipping cost is pre-build and it's the same for every price. I have installed "Seven zone zipcode based shipping module" and set to Zone 2 , 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Countries to US only.
Zone 2 Countries US
Shipping table 25:9.85,50:13.85,100:15.95,....
It works fine, except that International orders got through with the same shipping rate. I just need to set up manually UPS rates based on price within US states. Thank you for your help

The UPS and USPS shipping modules in the Modules ... Shipping ... take the weight of the Order and get a real time quote from the UPS and USPS servers ...

If you want to use a Shipping Module and limit it to a specific Country/State you need to build a Zone Defintion and add it to the shipping module ...

Now, only people who have an address in the Zone Definition can use the shipping module to check out ... and if no shipping module is available then there is no checkout ...
