Shipping Module; dependent on weight amount

I am using UPS to ship most items, my problem is that after 150 pounds, you have to use UPS Freight. I found a shipping company that ships for about half the price of UPS Freight.

1) What shipping module should be use for this second shipping company? (I tried the table rates module that comes with the cart, but it did not change to that table.)

2) How do I set it up so that any order over 150 pounds changes to this shipping module?

Just a side note; I am only shipping in the US. (the main 48 states).
