Need help with INFORMATION sidebox!

Hello everyone! There's this unknown image at the top of my INFORMATION links. I have tried suggestions but it still not working. I have a better idea of just making my categories sidebox same like my INFORMATION sidebox like the box itself, the color and everything but i don't know what code to put and where to insert or something. I don't know much with css code so please bear with me. I have attached my stylesheet.css. Anyone can help me please.

I think I mentioned this in one of your other posts, but here it is again.

I think that sidebox is supposed to look like the Categories box, with a similar header and images on the left. It appears that you're missing two images fom your includes/templates/jewelry_store/images folder: information.jpg and icon.jpg. You might check to see that they were uploaded properly and weren't corrupted. If they aren't there, check the template files, then contact the people you got the template from.

Once those files are in that folder, your site will look fine.

I have checked my templates and those files you have mentioned weren't there. I have also checked other folders maybe it's just misplaced or something but still wasn't there. So now i really need to check it with my template provider or just change a better template. Thanks Stevesh for all help!
