Where can I find a guide that explains what each attribute under Add Product does? I've looked in a lot of places.

How about asking more detailed questions? We have tried to make most things pretty explanatory,

Well, that's about as specific as I can get. I would like to know where I can read up on each of the form fields on the Add Product page. They are very confusing, and I will be introducing this form to others who will manage it.
For example, what is "Product Qty Maximum"? Why is it important? What is "Products Model", and is it important to specify this? What is "Products Shipping Weight" and how will this affect checkout? Do I need to specify it? How would I add a product with limitless quantities? (These are just examples... I don't need answers to these questions.)
All this has to be detailed somewhere in the manual, right? Where would I find that?
Thanks.
There's an entire book written on managing the store: www.zen-cart.com/book ... it's essentially a formally-published users manual.

I understand, but isn't this information online, or in the tutoring area?
For example, what is "Product Qty Maximum"?
That's the maximum number of this product that can be added to the cart per order.
Why is it important?
It's akin to "Limit 3 per family" which you might find at your local supermarket. The decision is entirely up to the storeowner.
What is "Products Model",
That's the model number you've assigned to the product. It will be displayed on the product page and at checkout.
and is it important to specify this?
That's up to you.
What is "Products Shipping Weight"
That's the weight of the product, used by your shipping modules to calculate shipping costs
and how will this affect checkout?
If not specified, shipping costs cannot be calculated based on weight. You'd have to use per-item or flat-rate, etc instead.
Do I need to specify it?
No, but the consequences will be as described above.
How would I add a product with limitless quantities?
Put a very large number, or put zero and turn off stock-tracking so people can checkout regardless of qty on hand.
(These are just examples... I don't need answers to these questions.)
As you can see, they're pretty much self-explanatory, and pretty much mean what they say.

The "Book" (advertised at the top of this screen) is indeed a commercial offering - and the vast majority of zenners are quite comfortable with that. It is being sold at such a modest price as to be virtually inconsequential.
However... if you put a value to your time, you will save yourself HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS if you get the book, because it is a comprehensive and extremely well-constructed guide to managing most of the admin console's features.
Interestingly... EVERY TOPIC (and more) that is covered in the book, is actually available on this forum, so for the really tight-fisted zenner, there is an alternative...
... the only thing is that this requires a lot of time to search and amalgamate the help.
Using the book saves you a vast amount of time.

Ok, so no manual. Only book. Got it! Thanks.
