HTML Editor not showing

I did search this problem to no avail.

I have a store that i've been working with for a few years. Recently, I went to change some product descriptions and only raw code was in the box.

I changed Admin-->Store-->HTMLarea and did the same for the define pages editor, ez pages, and from the Categories/Products as well. Nothing is working.

It wouldnt be much of an issue but the gentleman who hands the inventory can't read raw code.

I have the latest version of ZenCart.

Zen Cart 1.3.8a

Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

v1.3.8 [2010-01-18 14:33:11] (Version Update 1.3.7->1.3.8)
v1.3.7.1 [2007-11-05 18:14:28] (Fresh Installation)

PHP 5.2.11

I have two other stores on the same server and neither have these issues.

What browser are you guys using?

When i use Opera 10.5.x all i get is code in the textareas, however when i use Internet explorer, html Area seems to work fine

I am probably going to replace it with CKEditor as that appears to have wider compatibility

CKEditor is most definitely your better choice.

Hi there

I have loaded in the CKeditor but still not getting any HTML editor. I have tried changing the global settings in the 'my store>HTML editor' but still does not show anywhere. If I try to use the CKeditor in the 'define pages editor' the editing window disappears altogether. Help! Jan
