where to place php scripts in the file structure?

hello,

I have made a form that after being filled out emails the results to myself and also needs to go to a confirmation page. Ive been following an example i found online that helps me make a php script so when they push submit on my form it executes the commands. I have made the form on the privacy page, but im unsure where in the file structure of zencart to put the php script file i made.

Im so lost, i hope someone can help. :)

I am not sure you have provided enough information but you can always use the contact_us form to duplicate an email form.
